Bill Ewing was trained as an Art Director at Boise State University and Pasadena City College. Bill assists the 1 Plus One team in accessing project requirements, concept design and brand development. Bill's resume includes art direction for Malaysia Airlines, The Standard Hotel, The Playboy Jazz Festival, and The Los Angeles County Sherriff's Department, Toyota, Epson and more.

Maurice Kitchen is an award winning Writer/Producer for 1 Plus One's network of experts. Maurice's partial list of radio and television accounts include: Lawry's Foods, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Kellogg's, Wells Fargo Bank, Southern California Edison, Countrywide Financial lenders, GTE/Verizon, and the County Dept. of Health Services. Maurice created and pitched the concept; "Think like a Winner," a promotional campaign for the California Lottery that resulted in a six million dollar plus contract award over four years. Maurice's work on the Metrolink/CalTrans/AQMD project promoted The Ride Share and Clean Air Programs and earned him a national 1st Place Silver Microphone Award. Maurice's other awards include four more Silver Microphone Awards, Sacramento Advertising Club's Silver Award., and an NAACP Theater Award for Best Director.

Mike Mann - Production Manager. Mike has over 25 years in the business and his expertise has facilitated hundreds of brilliantly crafted audio designs for commercials, jingles and full scale productions. Mike and his wife Antoinette are veterans in the broadcast industry. Mike is the former Production Manager for three of the top ranked radio stations in Los Angeles. KJLH, KKBT and KACE-FM. Mike was educated at the University of Northern Iowa and in his spare time he's a singing cowboy. Mike production and voice talent selection gets recognition and reaction to your commercial.
